Towrest
Haulers' hamlet on the towpath a day above Pellith.
A haulers' hamlet on the towpath a day above Pellith: a long inn, stabling for draught teams, and the houses of the families who drag barges upstream. It lives on the slow half of the river trade, and its haulers know every stretch where the towpath has fallen in and every bend where the River-Given come ashore in spring, or bandits wait for a team that has fallen behind.
