Sevenbreak
Scarwood Troll house keeping the Sallow crossing of the through-route, rebuilt seven times within its memory.
A Crossing-Oath house on the Sallow, where the through-route crosses the ravine on a timber-and-rope crossing the house has rebuilt seven times within its memory. A Scarwood Troll family of a dozen or so lives in turf-roofed dwellings cut into the ravine wall above it, mending, warning, and taking its price. Its dead stand thick on the old spans below, and the family tells each traveller their names. Its safe-conduct is the one a circle has lately refused to honour.
