Fernrest
Mixed grove-and-farmstead settlement at the basin-facing treeline that keeps the Funerary Accord.
A mixed settlement of a few dozen households at the basin-facing treeline: a Wood Elf grove on the forest side, Human farmsteads on the cleared side, and between them households with kin in both. Mixed dead are returned to the grove and remembered in the village under the Funerary Accord, and its mediators are trusted further along the edge than any lord.
