Veil-Walkers
The people native to the Veil, humanoid, with skin that shimmers like oil on water and features that shift with the fog, so that nobody can say afterwards quite what a Veil-Walker's face was like. See The Veil and the Outside.
Overview
The Veil-Walkers, the guides and toll-keepers of the Veil, are a people, not a bestiary being. They stand as a candidate people in the Species Registry and will be described on a species page of their own in Species. Until then, what is known of them is told in the Veil's account of them, and what the settled peoples make of them near the Material Plane in Medieval Species Contact Zones.
