parseDotenv(
contents: string,
vars?: Record<string, string>,
): Record<string, string>
Parses one .env file's contents on top of vars (what interpolation can see), returning the merged map.
Parameters
- contents: string
- vars: Record<string, string> = {}
Returns Record<string, string>

Throws
with a message naming the problem
